I can’t think of a better cooking show than Food Network’s Good Eats. Alton Brown has taught me everything I know about cooking, and I’m eternally grateful.
The Good Eats Fan Page is a labor of love that lists recipes, transcripts, and more from the show where I’m so gastronomically indebted.

Good Eats is my favorite cooking show too. I think it’s one of the most informative shows on TV.
My favorite cooking show is and will always be IRON CHEF. (CSI: Miami is the 2nd place winner)
If memory serves me correctly, Iron Chef only teaches techniques for using exotic ingredients.
Whose cuisine will reign supreme?
Alton Brown looks like Max Headroom and Ed Begley, Jr. had a baby, by the way.
Ahhh, what do you know? I heard you were molested by the frugal gourmet.
Oh, and that’s somehow more shameful than your jailhouse ‘affair’ with Chef Paul Prudhomme? Recipie tips, your ass…those were conjugal visits!
Bah. I know who your cooking guru is.
You may think this is funny, but I owe this man my life. I used to be 330lbs and at “high risk” for stroke and heart attack. Thanks to my “Sweatin to the oldies” and following the recipies in that very cookbook, I’m a svelt 240lbs and only a “moderate risk” for stroke and heart attack. This man rules.
Don’t say that too loudly–he’ll hug you and cry on you.
In other food news, I hear that Julia Child just died. Rumor has it that her epitaph reads “Remember, save the liver!” BA-DUM-BUM! hey-ooo!
Damn prohibitionists.
I may live on nutella sandwiches, frozen burritos and miller high life, but I still enjoy a good cooking show. I’ll have to get cable one day to check out this show.
Hello,
I Googled “Good eats transcripts” and came to your webpage. I can’t find the transcripts. Can you please assist me?
Thanks in advance
Debbie
