God’s got Boggle on the Brain

A handy Gematria tool for determining the quantity of Good or Evil in websites and text…. invented by this guy..

According to some guy named Ivan Panin, all words have, via their letter arrangements, a certain amount of “God spirit” in them.  This spirit can, of course, be measured mathematically…. of course.  And Mr. Ivan was an agnostic, so we can trust that he would be completely objective in his experiments.  Batshit crazy.. but objective.

As of this posting, our website is 72% Good, 28% Evil.  But how good or evil are your beloved Transbuddhists, you ask?  Well, here are the results:

The Good Reverend – 99% Good, 1% Evil…  of course.  I’m a reverend for chrissakes

Davion – 50% Good, 50%

Alphamonkey – 50% Good, 50% Evil… I’ve always suspected Dav and AM of going both ways

Shadow Stalker – 4% Good, 96% Evil…  be very afraid

Mr Cookieface – 34% Good, 66% Evil…  (actually, 66.6% Evil to be exact)

Zolarczakl – 99% Good, 1% Evil

Harvestor of Bondo – 76% Good, 24% Evil…  i can’t explain this one

thanks to Fidelista (21% Good, 79% Evil) for the link

Addendum: After submitting this post, I did another tally on the website.  We dropped from 72% Good to 69%… which means Gematria is evil.  Stick that in your pipe and smoke it, Ivan.

Numerology is one of the dumbest, most enduring misuses of math of all time.  But I’d say that, wouldn’t I.

Is that cool again?  When I was in fourth-grade it was cool to roll the sleeves of t-shirts tightly.  Of course, I didn’t find out until fifth-grade, when those snap bracelets were cool for a week (until they started cutting kids’ arms and recalled).
