I know these have been around for some time, but Killdozer put up a forum post that got me a hankering to see ‘em again.  Funny, funny, and weird short cartoons.  I love Don Hertzfeld’s work.

Update: It seems that Don and the gang over at Bitter Films don’t wish for you to see their work here, or on the internet in general.  Sorry, kids.

I’ve been a fan since Temporary Anesthetics too (Killdozer mentioned it in the forums). I originally saw it on Icebox years ago when it was a FREE site. (anyone remember that?)

I have seen all but his newest film. And i even own a “Rejected” T-shirt (it’s worn and stained in the pits now, but it’s still totally my favorite shirt) it’s with the guy going “I’m a consumer whore” and the kid going “And How!” on it. Or something similar. I’m a huge fan of everything Don Hertzfeldt.

Why was that on the end of Osaka Phone?

Because it was a funny obscure reference with a bananna. Why else?

    Oh, right.

These were the highlights every year when I went to see Spike & Mike’s Sick and Twisted Festival of Animation.  I couldn’t wait to see what he’d do next.  Many of these are available on their old tapes, Link. And for the record, my spoon is too big.
