Rustlin’ Up Respect

Here’s a fun little film for those of you that need a refresher course in sexual harassment.

(Click for “Rustlin’ Up Respect”)

This was made as an entry in the National Film Contest of 2004, in which filmakers competed to make the best short film.  The only catch was that 1) The film had to be a western, 2) a character had to be named J. Upton, Dogwalker, 3) There had to be a line of dialogue (You caught me at a bad time), and 4) a map had to be used.

These guys certainly stretched those guidelines by quite a bit, but funny nonetheless.

“That’s about as unnatural as a redskin with a shirt”…

There’s nothing like a minority doubleshot.

I was disappointed that they took the topic semi-seriously.  In the first one I was expecting the harassment to be the woman touching the man’s back.

Oh, and Worst Western Accent Ever.
