Days of Boom and Bust

As previously noted here on the Buddha, we love Brandon Bird and his art.  I’m posting his site again due to the most recent exhibit he’s featuring.  Days of Boom and Bust is a exhibit in which various artists try their hand at representing the fabled Gold Rush of San Francisco.  Being Bird, you know there’s a catch.  Well, in this case the Gold Rush is represented by a Ghostbusters Read-Along audio recording.

Awesome!  Be sure to listen to the “walking tour guide’ for each photo.

What does that have to do with the gold rush?  I hope he didn’t get paid for that.  Those aren’t even the real ghost busters.
