It’s a little know fact that ZolarCzakl’s rendetion of the Bonnie Tyler classic, “Total Eclipse of the Heart” is a bona fide masterpiece of performance and interpretation.  Someday I’ll even convince him to write his essay on why that song is the most singularly unique rock song of all time.

But for now, why not take a look at what has to be the weirdest version of TEotH you’ll ever see, performed by Hurra Torpedo

Is….is this for real?  Do they take themselves seriously?  I’m…speechless.

Ya know, when I was a kid my mom always told me to pull up my pants and stop banging out the rythym lines of crappy eighties ballads on the chest freezer, but I knew I was on to something.

What are they trying to show anyway?  That Stomp would have been cooler with Cat Stevens?

i read somewhere that the drummer was the one arrested at that norwegian music fest last year, for organizing a couple to come on stage and have sex. “fuck for the forest” was their motto, if that rings a bell for anyone.

I could have sworn we posted about that, but I can’t find it.
