Axe Ads get really, really creepy.

Axe has based their entire ad presence on the idea that their products make women go into insano-nympho mode instantaneously.  Considering the gents I’ve known who have worn Axe, it’s probably for the best that the claim isn’t factually accurate.

But this ad? This ad is actually kinda creepy.  I know that the idea is supposed to be “hey, it works on MILFs, too”, but it’s a short step to beatings with wire hangers and dress-up.

thanks to DS with our pals D.H.A.D.M. for the clip

Actually, there is some factual accuracy to it.  Certainly not the insano-nympho stuff, but I wear Axe, and women do seem to prefer and remark on it over anything I’ve ever worn before.  Of course, my previous colognes were “Horse Piss” and “Skunk Stank pour homme”, but still… Axe is damn good shtuff.

Well, no. For that claim to have factual accuracy, girls must go into insano-nyphmo mode just as they claim in their ads.  Your anecdotal evidence just says ‘girls like it’.

To bad there aren’t any women here to tell us for sure.

    Creepy?  She is totally hot.

I didn’t say she was creepy, I said the premise of the ad was creepy.  And you think EVERYBODY is hot.
