Don’t Let Me Down

I know I’ve gone on in the past about the complete insanity that waits for me in my random video folder, but for once something popped in up in there that just brought a big ole smile to my face.  I think I’ve watched this 15 times already.  Here’s The Beatles “Don’t Let Me Down” from their famous roof-top concert.  Enjoy.

The intro makes it sound like it’s the first recorded version of the song, which would mean that it’s just being played over the footage of their perfomance, but that doesn’t seem correct to me.  I leave it to mrcookieface to confirm or deny that.  But regardless, it’s still the effin’ BEATLES.  People talk about having a time machine and going back to meet the J-man or whatnot, but I think my first stop would be that rooftop concert.

Dammit, when is Let it Be going to be released on DVD?
