Pobediteli – Germany Vs. The USSR

Politics makes strange bedfellows.

Despite Germany signing the Nazi-Soviet Non-aggression Pact in 1939 with the USSR, Hitler double-crossed Stalin and began an invasion on the Eastern front in 1941.  Then all hell broke loose.

Pobediteli is a rich site that brings us the details of the horror, the scheming, and the strategy involved in the war between two of the most depised, conniving, and murderous political leaders of the 20th century.

There’s Flash, video, audio, pics, and a wealth of information that shaped the outcome of WWII.  If you’re a history buff like me, you could spend all afternoon here.

Damn that picture gets me everytime I see it. I can’t help, but feel a little uneasy and giggle at the same time.

I love the way it makes you see all the different ways they could be sitting there together.

All in all, it’s a rather funny image you have here.
