However you might have reacted to that clip of Chris Bliss juggling, Jason Garfield has a totally different take on it. He’s just not impressed. 3 balls? Pshaw.
Try doing it with 5 balls.
Oooooh, it’s a juggler war.
Okay, I’m not a big juggling fan, but I have to admit this was more impressive than the previous guy. My only complaint: It looks like a three camera shoot, which seems unlikely for a guy juggling in a gym. So if it was one camera, it had to be shot at least three times to get the edits they have…which means they also could’ve edited out any mistakes or flubs. So we can’t be sure this guy did all those tricks flawlessly in one take, like the other guy did.
Man, I can’t believe I just typed that much about juggling. What has my life become?
By the way, what was the text at the end? I was closing the video right when it came up and didn’t catch it…
It was three cameras rolling at the same time. Considering the space they had, (and how far back a single camera would need to be to capture some of the tricks), I don’t consider it a suspicious edit.
“By the way, 5 balls in each hand at the same time looks better.”
That’s what the text says at the end, and then the guy proceeds to juggle with 10 balls. Yup, you got that right. 10.
His little rant on his site is funny. He should call himself “the angry juggler”. And is there really a juggling competition that aired on ESPN? I guess they really do have a channel for everything.
