in Short Film,Uncategorized

Director Zbiginiew Rybczynski won an Academy Award back in 1983 (Animated Short Film) for his experimental short film Tango, which looks at the life and goings on of an apartment all at once.  There’s a little NSFW action going on, but by the time it kicks in there’s so much going on the screen you’ll barely notice it.

Wow! Another example of a beautiful, wordless gem that typifies the zenith of animation. Anyone remember (or a have pointer to) “Balance”, for example?

That is one busy ass room.  Very much reminds me of the Green Day video (don’t remember the song) and Kylie Minogue video for “Come Into My World”.  I got that Minogue video, if you want it to post.  It’s pretty awesome (and it has Kylie Minogue).
