So maybe you’re not the hunting type, but you want some cool stuff up on your wall.  I say screw the traditional elk and bass and go with Unorthodox Taxidermy.  Theodor Geisel (known to the world as Dr. Seuss) ventured into the world of sculpture in the 30s, and some of his first three dimensional projects were these fantastic animal amalgams.
