Drive With Care

The Drive With Care site looks like an ad site for the tasteless Bob Fuller’s Roadside Memorials, but it’s really part of a Chicago PSA series designed to get people thinking about, you know, not being dumbasses on the road.  While it’s not a comic gem in and of itself, the TV spot that goes with the site is indeed pretty damn funny.

I do so love the “punch you in the gut” PSA’s.  It’s amazing what tasteless humor you can get away with when it’s for a cause.

Driving a car is a life-threatening experience.  You and all the other dumb monkeys on the road are hurtling at 30-70 MPH and can accelerate at terrifying speeds with a slight twitch of the foot.  I say, stock up on your memorials now.
