In 1969, a 14 year old Toronto native named Jerry Levitan managed his way into John and Yoko’s hotel room with a reel-to-reel tape recorder and captured a little bit of history.  Now this interview is being turned into an animated short entitled ‘I Met the Walrus’, directed by Josh Rankin and illustrated by James Braithwaite.  You can view the 45 second trailer right here.  Levitan grew up to be a musician in his own right, releasing hip kid’s tunes under the name Sir Jerry

Supposedly the whole animation will be released in November of this year, so keep your eyes peeled.
