Those fine makers of comedy known as Chocolate Cake City combine two of my favorite flavors into one!  Gene Kelly and Star Wars!  Take a gander at what old George would do to preserve the original vision of Singin’ in the Rain.

Wow. I thought the Volkswagen Ad was bad, but I forgot about George Lucas. At least this one wasn’t real.

Fictional or not, I move that Lucasfilm’s new motto be:

“George Lucas: ruining everything you ever loved, one film at a time.”

Back on topic though, I think that the iconic scene from the film was greatly improved, and better reflects the creator’s intent. I’m sure if they had the technology, Gene Kelly would’ve been blocking lasers with his umbrella. I mean, the dancing was already incredible, but I only consider it more so now that I realize it was just a rythmic self-preservation technique. Just at tip for umbrella manufacturers: your ad is already done for you.

Though, they could have made it so the umbrella shot first.

that was so far off the wall that the wall wasn’t even involved.
