As we announced last week, The Robert Altman Festival is gearing up explode onto Kansas City, Kansas at the Screenland Granda, 1015 Minnesota Avenue, April 27-29.

Seven of director Robert Altman‘s films will be screened at the festival and we can now announce five of the films have been confirmed – MASH, the film that begat the much beloved television series, Altman’s final film A Prairie Home Companion (you can check out my review here), the lives of LA residents are pieced together in Short Cuts, the comedic Hollywood thriller The Player, and to kick things off Thursday night – Altman’s look at 1930’s Kansas City (which includes scenes shot inside the Granada Theatre).

Stay tuned for more updates and ticket information as it becomes available!
