LaunchballMan, oh man. Can anyone explain why the British utterly kick our ass when it comes to designing (or just having) really cool educational content? Take Launchball, for example. Ostensibly it’s just a little webgame for the London Science Museum site, but it’s one very, very, very clever and engaging game that subtly reinforces the key concepts of scientific thinking, as well as providing fun examples of various key laws.

This is an exceptionally entertaining piece of edutainment, so why are you still reading this? Play Launchball, already.

We’re naturally good at the science thing because we invented gravity, light, electricity, fire, nuclear fission and computers, no matter what the Germans and Italians claim.

totally reminiscent of “The Incredible Machine” but with science concepts.
