Fun With Your Wii

Setting aside the awesome that is Twilight Princess, Super Mario Galaxy, or Wii Bowling, one thing that I particularly enjoy about the Nintendo Wii is how it’s inspired so many people to put its technology to use in other ways. Hardware capabilities aside, there’s something about that little white console that seems to get the DIY crowd a hell of a lot more enthused than the Xbox or the PS3.

Johnny Chung Lee is a particularly productive DIY’er who has come up with (relatively) simple methods for getting the Wiimote to function as a head tracker, a whiteboard, and a prototypical hands intereface (ala Minority Report)
