Here’s an amazingly well done stop-motion throwdown between Optimus Prime and a less than reverent Bumblebee.
That’s some of the cleanest looking stop-motion I’ve seen in a while. Strangely enough, this is better than the entirety of the Transformers film.

i second the clean stop motion comment- good lord they spent some talent and time on making this look great. even the camera angles are well chosen. i suspect some if not most of it was composited, hard to tell with youtube’s compression, but i would be surprised if most of these shots were entirely in-camera.
