Nicolas Steinberg and Tommy Oksen directed this Danish short documentary about the life of Toni Abrahamsem, who runs a small self-owned slaughterhouse and butcher shop.
As you might expect from a short documentary about a butcher, it does get a little graphic, but there’s something to be said about being fully aware of where you food comes from.
