Tally Hall – Good Day

Ah, screw it. ‘Good Day’ deserves its own post. Tally Hall still seems to have a hell of a lot of fun genre jumping throughout their songs, and their videos reflect that. While not the earworm that is ‘Banana Man‘, their tune ‘Good Day‘ did manage to endear itself to me after only 2 listens.

That’s a damn clever video, and I certainly don’t envy how much principle photography it must have taken to put all those (often inspired) clips together. Tally Hall, give your director and editor a hearty pat on the back (followed by a couple of free drinks), because that’s some pretty kick-ass work.

Watch ‘Good Day‘.

Yah, I was really taken by the concept as well. Just an all around well done promo.

Yeah Ann Arbor! We may be getting our coolness back.

Allow me to say that I’ve always held Ann Arbor as the sole bastion of cool in Michigan. I dig that town. I keep meaning to take a weekend trip, but so far haven’t managed it.
