chuck comic con poster 2009Sounds like everyone had fun at the Chuck panel, and not just because of this kick ass movie poster they brought along (which is now my new background). Oh no. The panel included a skit, a performance by Jeffster, plus a few hints about what to expect in season three.

The Star Wars panel, the first panel ever televised on cable, along with clips and videos (an interesting experiment, if a bit oddly cobbled together), got us all caught up on the latest news about the Star Wars Stories Project, Star Wars in Concert, and news on Lucas Arts games including the The Old Repbublic mmo and a new Ultimate Sith Edition of The Forced Unleashed. The panel also included a reading by the cast of The Clone Wars, and, on a personal note I’ll give a shout out to Tom Kane (Yoda) who, it turns out, is from Overland Park, Kansas, an area which we know all too well.

Also of note:

The producers of Lost gave us some clues about what to expect in the upcoming sixth season.

Dark Horse Comics announced Felicia Day will be involved in The Guild, a new comic based-off the original web series, and Gerard Way will be returning for another Umbrella Academy mini-series as well as writing a new series entitled The True Lives of the Fabulous Killjoys.
