It’s been a long time since 1985, and we don’t often get to talk about the Kansas City Royals much (at least not without using various curse words). Maybe that makes this all the more sweet. Today I’m throwing a shout out to Royals pitcher Zack Greinke, who, despite pitching for the Royals, still managed to bring home the Cy Young Award as he was named the best pitcher in the American League (the first Royal to do so in 15 years). Nicely done, sir.
