In case you missed it the Golden Globes held their annual bash last night and gave out some pretty golden statues at the same time trying to get every star in Hollywood drunk on cheap hooch. You can find a list of winners and nominees here, but for the purposes of this post we’ll be focusing on host Ricky Gervais whose entire night has been cut down to less than ten minutes. Take a look.

I thought that Gervais was really weak. I was expecting him to be funny and besides the rip on Mel Gibson, I thought he was just a self-promoter.
