Although Bruce clears himself by proving he has no Icarus in his system, Bullock is far from satisfied that Wayne has nothing to hide. If he only knew.

The Wrath storyline wraps up here with the villain’s convoluted grand scheme to kill cops forcing them to buy defense armament from Caldwell’s firm defense which he will now activates to slowly kill them (so slowly it will in fact give Batman time to save everyone). As genius plans go, this one needs a little work.

Like almost all of the Death of the Family crossover issues Detective Comics #15 has almost nothing to do with the Joker or his return to Gotham. In fact, other than the mention of him in a couple panels and the comic’s cover you wouldn’t even know there was a Joker-themed Bat-crossover going on.
