Turns out R2-D2 would be right at home in Liberty City. If you want your own version of the droid to play in Grand Theft Auto IV, you can download the mod here.

Created by Ickelpete for the Lego Space event at the National Space Centre UK this remote controlled R2-D2 is pretty impressive, even more so when you realize it’s made out of LEGOs! Check out more pics and a video of LEGO R2 in action.

If you said “A lifesize R2-D2 Clone Wars Monument” then congrats!*

*Of course you’ll need $1079.99 to pay for it, but that’s not too big a challenge for you, is it?

Let’s be clear about this. We don’t want a R2-D2 Projector from Nikko. We need one. NOW! Did we mention it comes with a remote in the shape of the Millennium Falcon? Sure it’s insanely overpriced (do a little searching and you can find listings from $2,000 to over $4,000) but that doesn’t mean we don’t deserve one, or two, for our very own.

$99 is way too pricey for me, but I’ve got to admit this R2-D2 trashcan is kinda cool.
