We’ve mentioned our appreciation of K. Beaton’s webcomic Hark! A Vagrant before but this comic of Kraven the Hunter’s Prom is simply too delicious not to share.

The Non-Adventures of WonderellaI’d seen Justin Pierce’s “Non-Adventures of Wonderella” quite some time ago, but some some reason it didn’t really stick with me. A re-discovery this weekend had me going through the last two years worth of archives, and I gotta say – There’s a ton of charm and wit to be found therein (for comic and non-comic nerds alike). Wonderella’s decidedly non-heroic approach to the cape lifestyle had me thinking that this series is how Arrested Development’s Lindsay Fünke would tackle super-heroism (Mommy issues and all). And that, my friends, is a good thing.

Give it a go, already!

If you’re anything like me, you probably are *still* shaking your head in woe over how Battlestar Galactica ended. Hijinks Ensue has finally given me the perspective on why BSG went so damn nutso-choco at the end:

A Recurring Theme

K. Beaton’s Hark! A Vagrant tacks an appropriate capstone atop the now completed 2010 Winter Eh-Lympics with Canadian Stereotype Comics. Give yourself a kindly chuckle at the expense of our lovely pals up North.

Oh, snap! It's on now!
